      On 11/18/21 I had a womans health lab screening and the charge was to be billed to my insurance. I never received a bill and then on 9/1/22 I received a letter from a collection agency trying to collect the $47.00 bill to Cascade Cytology Reference Lab. They have tens of terrible reviews regarding the same issues. Their phone number doesnt work so I dont have any choice but to pay the bill that should have been billed to my insurance. Im extremely upset with how this whole situation was handled. Im a disabled person and have a hard time dealing with complicities like this.
