My 1st appointment with Soft Touch dental, I had x-rays and an exam done by a dentist who told me that I would need a cleaning, some fillings and four teeth extracted. She told me due to high anxiety that I would be heavily sedated through IV. My second appointment was to see the surgeon Dr. ******* and he told me I was to have eight teeth removed which was far more than what the dentist had told me. And be confirmed as well that I would be IV sedated due to high anxiety. So On 11/10/2024 I went in to have surgery. The dentist came in to put the IV in and He had one glove on with a finger cut out. He blew out my vein in my arm took the same needle and tried putting it into my hand and was not able to. Then went to my other arm and was able to get the needle in for the IV. Next thing I knew he's jamming me in the mouth like eight times with a needle before I was ever sedated and I had said something to him and I told him that f****** hurts and that he needed to stop and he got ****** off and left. The room said he was not going to do the surgery. I got up to get my purse and I had a nurse put hands on me pushing me backwards telling me that I wasn't going nowhere that I had been stated. And I told her to get her hands off me so I can get my purse and if I was sedated I wouldn't even be awake. Didn't she threaten to call the cops on me and I told her to please do because then we can let them know who's putting hands on who and that she was not letting me leave which is a class c felony for kidnapping. I highly suggest not going to this dentist at all unless you want to get mutilated
