      I received a threatening, recorded call from Diagnostic Imaging NW, stating that I had a bill overdue and the call was their last contact before sending the bill to collections. I do not believe I ever received a bill from them. I have tried to contact them by email: got a reply to set up a Jotform account, tried that but there is nothing on the Jotform site that connects back to Diagnostic Imaging NW. Tried to contact them by phone, got two options: inquire or pay by phone by entering your account number, since I never got a statement I don't have the number. Waited on hold for over 45 minutes, they terminated the call while I was on hold. Called the doctor who provided the treatment. They could not help me with billing, they referred me to Diagnostic Imaging NW and gave me the same phone number I had already tried. Went back to attempt to contact by phone. After waiting 30 minutes, someone answered. I asked them to send me a statement. Also asked to pay the bill ($7.28!!), was transferred to make the payment and they could't complete the automated payment process! Sent me back to the same phone number where I'd already waited 1 1/2 hours on hold! Back thru wait, another 15 minutes on hold. Finally got information for paying the bill. How many people could battle thru this process? Are they intentionally trying to go to collection?
