    Would you entrust your cherished pet to an unlicensed dog daycare? We didnt think so either. Unfortunately, we recently learned that this business is operating without the required animal facility license per Multnomah County Ordinance Sections *************** November 2024, we enrolled our ***-registered dog, at what we believed to be a licensed daycare approved by ************************. After repeated service issues, we contacted corporate and were told the location was understaffed and not meeting advertised service levels. To make amends, they offered us a full year of daycare, which we paid in full ($2,999) on December 12, ******* April, staff mentioned ****** had been overstimulated and crated. We discussed our concerns. Then, during the week of May 26, we were contacted about his behavior. We requested access to video footage from the Toybox area, where he was placed with other dogs. Our request was denied, and they refused to identify the other dog involved. On May 29, we were informed that ****** was no longer welcome due to an alleged incident. When ****** picked him up, staff assured us someone would follow up about a refund. No one has contacted us as of June 15, 2025.On May 30, Multnomah Animal Control contacted us and confirmed the business is operating without the required dog daycare license.We are requesting a refund of $1,609.16 for the 196 days of unused service. We've made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this directly, without success. We are now seeking the BBBs assistance for a timely and fair resolution.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide clear communication and resolution.
    Wed like to clarify that we have made multiple good-faith efforts to reach out and address this matter. On June 26, 2025, a refund of $1,749 was processed back to your original form of payment for the prorated unused daycare days. On that same day, we also sent you an email and left a voicemail to notify you of the refund and invited you to contact us should you have any additional concerns. As of today, we have not received a response.
    Regarding the licensing concern, we are actively working with Multnomah County to ensure we are meeting all regulatory requirements. We remain committed to the safety, well-being, and care of all dogs entrusted to us.
