    I purchased a Christmas tree topper item that in the advertised photo looked like a 3D replica of a sports mascot hugging the Christmas tree. I received a 2D Photo in resin and when I requested to return the item for a refund (they have a return policy) they do not want to honor it saying I need to allow for a 10% difference in item. The item is completely different and there is no way the item I received should cost almost $50. This company is a scam. I ordered the item on 11/8, it did not ship until 11/15 and I received it 11/25. I immediately reported it to return after seeing the product. I do not want the item for free, I simply want to be able to return it per their return policy. They are refusing to take my return.

    I purchased a full dimensional Duke Santa Christmas tree topper. The company apparently used A.I. images of the product because what was received was a flat image of a Duke Santa laminated in plastic that was even backwards on one side.

    I ordered a denim jacket from this company January 15, 2024 for the amount of $46.94. I received the jacket on February 8th. I immediately contacted them advising the jacket was too small and I wanted a refund. Their return policy says easy returns, no questions asked. I contacted them via email on 2/8, 2/11 (3 times), 2/13 (3 times), 2/14, 2/15, 2/16, 2/17, 2/19, 2/21, 2/22, 2/23 and 2/26. They responded after the 2/11 email they responded they would make it right and for me to send pictures of the jacket. I did this 3 separate times with no resolution. They stopped all communication by 2/21 and refused to honor their return/satisfaction guarantee.

    On December 4, 2023, I placed an online order for two holiday ornaments. The advertised picture shows a three dimensional ornament. What I received was a two dimensional picture laminated in plastic. I requested a return/refund, but ***************************, support agent, refused to honor her company's satisfaction guarantee. I want a full refund. The company is VCD Merch US but also goes by the name DC Chic. They are the same company.
