I was informed that William C Earhart has refused to pay for medical bills submitted by my doctors office and that this has been going on for over a year. William C Earhart continues to deny services with the explanation that the codes are routine. The doctors office has stated numerous times that they are not routine and are covered under my plan. The doctors office has decided to contact the insurance commissioner in hopes to get this matter resolved. Now finally, William C Earhart has agreed to pay the bills. This company has no many bad reviews and needs to be audited. It's been a nightmare working with them.

Upon review, two claims were reprocessed and determined to be medical rather than vision claims. Both have been paid at the medical rate.
