    I ordered two products from this business, who sent them to the wrong address, and did not provide a shipping address so I had no way of knowing they'd even been shipped. I reached out a few months later to find out what happened to my order. At that point I was told--even though the business was at fault for shipping them to the wrong address and not notifying me of shipment at all--it was too late to receive a refund for the product I never received. I've attached emails documenting this. I've also filed a dispute with my credit card company, I'm awaiting the result of that.

    Hello

    *************** to a complaint that my client *********************** submitted. I understand her frustration and am sorry that the packages were los, we feel terribly that she didn't receive themt. I recently discovered that when my client went to order the air purifiers on my site that shipping address option wasn't available because it was set up to be a service product not a physical product. I have since then fixed that. My client did email me her shipping address but we have gotten extremely busy and the order was forwarded with her billing address which was her old address. I didn't receive notice that she didn't receive the packages until well past 60 days. After I found out I immediately called *** to file a claim but they wouldn't allow it as it was past 60 days. I called the apartment manager where the package was delivered and he said things get stolen there all the time and didn't have them there. *** said they were delivered to a locker and I am still investigating that to see if they are still there in the warehouse because on the billing address from her order, there wasn't any apartment number. We are a small business and help many people, this is a first for us and we are devastated her packages were lost.We also tried to file a claim with our insurance and it was denied because too much time went by. If I ordered something and hadn't received it in over a week when I knew that's how long it was going to take, I would ask for the tracking number and see where the package was. At that time we could have filed a claim and she would have 2 purifiers in her apartment right now. The money was given back to her so it would be best that any negative press wouldn't appear on our site online anywhere as we realized this was a one time occurrence that happened and will never happen again. We will keep our client up to date on what we find out from ***. Thank you.
