    Treadway Events (**************************************************************************************) hired our non-profit art center to provide free art activities at ********'s annual Cinco *******. We were told that we would be reimbursed for all our supplies for the 3 day event. We sent an invoice for reimbursement and as of 8/30/24, we have not been paid. They have not returned our phone calls or emails. This is our 2nd year working with Treadway and first time they have not been able to reimburse us. We will not be working with them again unfortunately. We love being involved with Cinco do Mayo but our non-profit art center is out thousands of dollars because they have not reimbursed us.

    Any event run by this company is generally understood to be a scam. Unfortunately I didn't know that when I went to the ******* "Scooped! All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival" this past weekend. The event was not as advertised and the company organizer is shirking all responsibility. They have scrubbed all the negative comments off of their social media accounts. Some people stood in line for over 2.5 hours just to get into the event arena, then stood in line for another 45mins-1hour to receive a 2oz sample of ice cream. One person suffered heat exhaustion. The ice cream provided was store brand and there definitely weren't 75 different "local and national brands" as advertised on their website. We are attempting to get a refund. If they don't honor the refund, will be filing a complaint with the *************** as well as the BBB. *********************************************************************************************************************
