    I signed up with this company to get a ** shipping address so that I could order items from companies that dont usually ship to ******** however I was double charged and have been trying to get at least the overcharge back (I really want to be totally refunded). Anyway Ive been in contact with at least 4 customer representatives and sent proof numerous times! Each representative opens a ticket which supposedly gives me up to date information on how things are progressing. Every ticket I have received has been blank! Im in ******** so its not an option to phone the company. I tried their chat option several times but never got any responses. I tried going through my bank but they told me that I have to liaise with the company. I dont know what else to yo. I really need help.
