    June 5th 2024 at 3:40pm. I ordered large fry and coke through mobile app but kept getting a error (4 times) so i went inside and paid. **** said hey did u just order 4 large fries and 4 large drinks? I explained i had errors but i only wanted 1. Due to errors i came inside. Im a mailman and didn't have much time to keep trying through app. She didn't know how to refund the 4 orders. So i asked for manager. He was very rude ( *************************). ***** mentioning in case people know of him or dealt with this guy before. I showed him my phone showing my error that the orders wouldn't go through which is why i came in to order. So he said oh well there nothing i can do. I said is there a phone number i can call to handle this , he said there is no number. I asked for a business card or his. He said there is no business cards. I asked for his name since no one there is wearing name tags. I asked for receipts and his name so i had a reference and he said he didn't have to give me anything or his name and to get out of his store. Customers and high school students were in shock. I was in shock as well. At that point i was ready to ask for new order of fries cause my fries at that point but it was clearly i picked the wrong day. Im thinking wow, thanks for treating a customer and the mailman poorly. I then called corporate and i hope to hear back from them soon . Wish i could leave negative stars.
