    This business, Philly Cheese Hub, is operating fraudulently. Using the name of the prior owner and is utilizing their website which is still taking orders and charging customers without providing services. The existing owner is aware and is not taking any accountability or willing to comply with any reasonable resolution. It is clear they are benefiting from this online presence but they are not the business they portray. I placed an order from the listed website they use to conduct online business and when I arrived to pick it up was told there was not an order placed. I was billed for the food order $14.00 and showed the proof of payment. The owner was combative and unwilling to provide anything other than not taking any responsibility for the issue and that it was my responsibility to contact the billing company Square to get my money back. I reported to ****** and want to file a formal complaint against this business to ensure others do not fall victim to this business operator.

    Hey ****, I apologize for the huge inconvenience, I took over the business about 9 months ago and about 5 months ago I finally closed the previous owners ****** maps page and I started my own. When starting the new ****** maps page I'm guessing ****** thought it was the same owner so it added random service pages on my ****** maps, I've tried for months and months emailing ****** to remove the order option from my page yet all I received was automated messages, when you reported me on ****** maps it closed my account, I provided all the details and they reopened my page without the sqaure ordering site this time, I've contacted the previous owner multiple times and everytime I bring it up he tells me that he doesn't know anything about the sqaure ordering site, I went to the site to try getting it taken down but unfortunately there was no option, I apologize about the whole experience, you can give me a call at ************ and we can schedule a time for you to pick up a free meal with a drink on me.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    My credit card dispute was successfully refunded and I am glad that the business owner did take finally take responsibility of the situation and offered up resolution. My hope is that this was a learning experience for this operator on customer expectations, controlling disputes professionally and quickly as well as accountability as it relates to business transactions no matter the value or situation.  I have been offered a free meal but this was not my intent with my complaint and will not take the operator up on this offer, although appreciated. It was purely about taking responsibility of the business name and transaction process. 

    The assistance of the BBB is appreciated and valued.
