    I wish I could give a negative star review. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered the following day for a death in the family on a Monday. We had inclement weather so I called the flower shop after placing the order to make sure they were still going to be delivering. The person answered the phone as though it were a personal number - then said he wasnt in front of a computer &asked me to call a different number. I called different number & again phone was answered like a personal phone. They said they were the florist though & due to weather issues I let it go. He confirmed they would be delivering the next day. Fast forward a week later & the flowers still have not been delivered. I contacted them again - was again given a different number to call. Upon speaking with same person, he informed me they had decided to close & not deliver any flowers due to the weather. I asked why he had not called me to inform me and offer a refund? He said no one was in the ********** wasnt charged. I explained I still shouldve received notification that they werent going to be delivered & he continued to argue with me & basically blaming ME for placing the order when they were closed!! I advised that their website said open and reminded him of our previous phone convo andSILENCE. He literally said nothing. No apology, no accountability, no regrets - nothing. Then the line went dead. Dont bother wasting your money with this place. Its more than likely just a scam anyway. Save your money for an actual professional florist. Check out all their reviews on various sites like *************** it tells a story.
