      On 22 Jul 2024, USGOBuy sent me an email advising that they will be ceasing operations effective 23rd of August 2024.In the email, they provided the following on "Refunds and Returns: If you have any pending refunds or returns, please contact our support team at ********************************** as soon as possible to resolve these matters."I replied to the ********************************** address on the 23 Jul 2024 to request the USD34.89 of my outstanding balance. I followed up with the same address on the 26 July and 31 July but have not received a reply. On the Mon, 19 August I found ***************, CEO of USGOBuy on LinkedIn, figured out his email, ******************************* and followed up with him. Still no response, hence, I'm reaching out to you.USGOBuy always overcharged shipping so that they could refund the difference later and by doing so, they achieved vendor lock-in. My claim is small, but if they are doing this to all customers, the amount they are stealing is large. Obviously, they are a company with very low integrity. If you have any doubt about that, refer to the following:FYI USGOBuy was caught evading US export controls by shipping export controlled weapons to countries where such exports were not authorized. To resolve the claim, the company entered into an agreement with the government where the company agreed to clean up its act and take steps to prevent future violations in exchange for not being punished for its past violations.       The company is a shipping company from the ** to *****, but I received an email stating that they have suddenly stopped their export operations. Currently, I have three packages totaling approximately $370 and a deposit of $81.86. Since it is impossible for the senders of the packages to have them returned, I requested that the packages be forwarded to another shipping company and that the deposit be refunded, but I have not been able to get in touch with them.

      Usgobuy is a freight forwarder which I have been using its service for a long time. I had my items purchased at various e-commerce shop in the US shipped to their warehouse in May 2024. In June all my packages arrived and so I initiated a consolidation so that they will be shipped as one package. However, I received an email from them regarding the *** denial service order which prevents them from conducting business. I asked them what is it with my packages and they said they can't do anything about it. I seek compensation but they never responded to my email. I have my family in the ** calling them but they never pick up the phone.I read articles about the issue and I understand that it is the company fault as they did not comply with regulations. But the point is that they should have informed us about their case being investigated so we don't take any risk and find another freight forwarder. Instead they kept silent and keeping doing business until the order suddenly arrived.It is all their fault and I believe they should compensate me the total amount of all the items I bought. It is really frustrating that they don't respond to emails and phone call. I hope you can help me rectify the issue.       I filled a dispute with PayPal regarding a transaction with USGOBUY after they sent me 6 containers of dog food which was not mine amongst ~nine other packages they consolidated and forwarded to me. PayPal resolved the dispute in my favor and provided a refund. As a result, USGOBUY closed my account. In August of 2022 I sent several packages to their warehouse for consolidation using my son's USGOBUY account since they closed mine. When they found out it was me they blocked access to the items I bought and paid for and had stored at their warehouse (approximate value $450USD). They then forced me to pay back $65.95USD from the disputed amount with PayPal. They refused to let me use PayPal again and threatened to close my account if I did so. They insisted I send them payment for the pending shipment using a wire transfer which incurred an additional 26USD in bank fees. I would like them to return the $65.95USD I was awarded through the PayPal Dispute as well as the 26USD in bank fees.
