    On September 19th, 2023 my father, **************************** died of natural causes. I have a written contract with Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral home to provide funeral and cemetery services. Funeral costs were $13,805 and were paid prior to my fathers death. I have no complaint with the funeral service or associated funeral costs. My fathers funeral was October 4th, 2023 and he was entombed the same day. My cemetery contract was for internment, **** Plaque Installation, 24 x 14 Impact Mayfair ***********, Ceramic Steel, Oval Color, Entombment, and processing fee totaling $15,848. I have paid $13,203.60 towards this bill, and was allowed to make monthly payments interest free. My complaint is about not receiving the 24 x ******************************** the Ceramic Steel, Oval Color yet. The Impact Mayfair *********** design was completed 09/21/2023, and has not been delivered and installed. The design of the Steel, Oval Color (cameo) was completed in October 2023, and has not been delivered or installed. I emailed ***************************, ****** Services Coordinator on November 7th, November 10th, and December 22nd asking about the *********** and cameo, but did not hear back until December 27th, stating no proof of the cameo would be provided and I needed to pay off my account before the *********** was to be ordered (this information was new to me). On January 17th I e-mailed her offering to come into the office and pay off the balance, but got no reply. I have called *************************** once in late January and again in February, and left messages, but have gotten no return phone calls or e-mails. I want what I have paid for delivered to me as promised, and assurances that if I complete my monthly payments early, the Impact Mayfair *********** and Ceramic Steel, Oval Color will be placed at my fathers tomb. I feel like I am being ignored and extorted by ***************************, and Lincoln Memorial ******************************

    On September 28th ***************************** and I met with the company regarding a plot available near my Mothers sisters. We went in toured the final resting place paid a $453 deposit and set up monthly withdrawals. It is now October and we have contacted the business as the check deposit has still not been cashed by the business. I contacted the business, spoke with ******** who advised the check was NSF. I advised we had not heard anything from our bank and asked if she could give me details. ******** indcated that they do not keep the checks but said she could send me whatever it was she received back. She was to email this to me. Both my mother and I received 2 blank documents from Shiniyah. I called her back advised the documents were blank and she stated that she would resend. I have not received those as of today. ******** did advise me to check with my bank. I called ******************** who advised they have no NSF check. Nor has any check tried to process fronm the business. I called ******** back asked to speak with the Office Manager. She indicated they had found the check and that someone name ******* would be contacting us with more information about what transpired. ******** did ask if we would like to go ahead and pay some other way. We indcated we were not comfortable sending in another form of payment as we are still unclear of the first checks whereabouts. The credit union also indcated there would be a $25 stop payment fee which we were not willing to pay. We have since received an Invoice ftom SCI Management indicating we have a past due amount and that are first insallment is due. Its is emotional enough to purchase a final resting place. Our entire ******* family is buried at this location. Lincoln pursued us. We followed thru on our end it appears as though they have made a sale, and care nothing about the customer service. At this time we are in limbo with our final resting place. Very poor Customer Serivice
