    Our loved one was taken to this facility and cremated without our knowledge. It was unknown to us that they had passed. Once we discovered this terrible news we contacted this establishment. *******, a 4-year employee (according to their website), informed us our loved one was still there and that a payment of $150.00 plus a $4.50 service charge would get our loved one home. The family was elated and paid immediately. ******* was pleasant and said our loved one would arrive that Thursday. Two or three days later I contacted this facility again to ask about a death certificate. While speaking with *******, I asked who the informant was on the DC when she informed me she was crediting my credit card. "I made a mistake, your loved one was scattered at sea," she said. I had already announced to my family our loved one was coming home. How does this establishment do something like this? By the way, I asked to speak with the manager and they were not available. I have called and left messages without the owner/manager returning any of my calls. AND, I never received a credit. I am now having to dispute my charge!!!!
