    Order # CO32678 On 7/17/2022, my wife ordered (2) couch saver covers for our sectional couch where we received an email from couchsavers that our order has been received. A decent amount of time went by without a notification that the product had shipped, so my wife followed up. She received an email along the lines of sorry for the delay and your order is processing.On August 6th (almost 3 weeks later), we received the couch saver product at our residence. My wife an I installed the product over our sectional and noticed a red stain on one of the couch saver products. Also, while tying the under couch strings in accordance with the directions provided, one of the strings detached from the cover itself.On August 7th, my wife contacted customer support to notify them and initiate a return of the stained/defective products we received in the mail. It was at this point the "customer support agent" immediately told my wife there is a 20% restocking fee. While I can understand their return policy may include a restocking fee, it is unfair to charge the customer this fee for an inferior and defective product.When my wife attempted to have the restocking fee waved, she received an email from couch savers saying our "issues" were not reported right away (more than 14 days) and we are no longer eligible for a return or refund. Now while I am not a ******* graduate, I don't believe there are 14 days between August 6th and August 8th.This company is scamming consumers into buying defective, stained products and failing to issue refunds by hiding behind a bogus refund policies with 14 day time frames. They even went as far to sending us their boilerplate email saying we're beyond the 14 day return, just to delay a refund. This "company" is clearly scamming consumers, unwilling to stand behind their "product" and avoiding emails to ensure consumers fall outside of the 14 day window.Also, their "contact number" listed on their website goes directly to a voicemail..
