    I've moved into a part of ******** serviced by Arrow Sanitary and I've been incredibly disappointed with them and wish I could go back to ***************** I've had frequent missed pickups (3 in one month, 4 over the course of 1.5 months) and an inadequate compensation of a $10 credit for all of the effort required to get them to pick up the waste containers.After fighting for the measly $10 credit I went ahead and paid what was due for the next month (after one and a half months of mostly failed pickups), only to find out that they moved my account into a suspended state during the process when I was requesting a one month credit (the suspension of course requires a $10 credit to restart).All in all, I've found out providing *garbage* service really is their specialty. (pun intended)I'm looking for *any other* service in my area now and will be cancelling at the earliest opportunity that I get. I am honestly only giving two stars only because (A) one star reviews are not as believable, otherwise I would have used that and (B) they *did* pick up my containers for one month without issues. Hopefully, you fair better than I do if you use them, but I'd try another company if you have the choice.

    Hello, I am just learning about the concern brought to our attention.  I am speaking with our operations team to figure out what the challenge was, and why the containers were missed.  I do know there was road construction on the street impeding the drivers ability to drive down the road.  We will look into the concern and make sure **************** is satisfied with the outcome.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
