    Ordered Golf Cart Enclosure for an ICON i20 the end of October 2023. Received Enclosure on January 23rd 2024. Contacted Seller for Installation information and while i was on the phone with *****************************, I realized they had sent me an enclosure for an i20 with a straight roofline and not the curved roof that i need. Note prior to ordering i sent pictures of my cart and was told i have a curved roof. ****** tells me it would be quick to make up a new kit and it would be sent the following Friday and they would provide tracking. Since this customer contact i have called 3-4 times per month and sent 14 emails asking for return instructions for the incorrect Enclosure and asking when the correct Enclosure would be shipped. I have been unable to get ANY response via Phone (have to leave voicemail every time) Nor any email response.

    On July 1st, 2023, ***************************** *********************************** Clackamas, Or ************** cell, ************** office (Clackamas Golf Cart Covers LLC) came to my home in ************, ** to measure my ********* Golf cart for an enclosure. He was recommended by Tucson Golf Carts (************) as he had done work for them before. We agreed on color and size. I paid him $750 ( by check) as a down payment. He was going to come back in August to fit it to my cart. He sent numerous texts stating he was coming to ************ with date and time. He never showed and never called, then stopped texting. I sent friends to his business in Clackamas on Dec 19 th, he told them he would send me a check and call me within 2 hrs. I did not received a check or a phone call. I sent an email to his wife (*****************************) for assistance with this issue, she is the one who cashed my $750 check on 7/7/23 (invoice 0236). No answer from her, as well. He has repeatedly lied about this entire ordeal. I have filed a fraud complaint with the ***** ************************** since the fraud was perpetrated in ************. I have the case number, if needed. I have all texts and correspondence (including my cashed check). Any assistance with this matter would be appreciated.

    Since we first started dealing with this business we have not received a single complete order the way it's supposed to be shipped. Orders come without hardware come with pieces that don't fit or are shipped without the main parts themselves needed to use the product. In addition to this I have orders that have not been fulfilled that I paid for and the vendor does not respond to request for refund.

    Clackamas Golf Cart Covers and Sales LLC has failed to fulfill our order for a golf cover with doors for our Star EV golf cart. Particularly, ****** who has made numerous false promises of providing the product ordered, which was purchased on Feb 10th, 2023. An iMessage chain shows not only numerous "I'll be there" no show messages but even work done (have picture he took when cart was at cart shop) and photos of work he started at our home and drilled holes in our frame and attached rivets for the above mentioned work at cart shop. As of June 30th of this year when ****** said the doors were done and would get us the enclosure that Monday. Since then a calls and messages have not been returned. He appears to hang out in *******, ** a lot.

    Purchased golf cart side doors on-line December 31, 2021. June 3, 2022 was told I would get an update. Although I have sent several requests since then, I have been ignored. Co[ies of receipt and E-Mails will be attached.

    On 08/19/2022 we received an invoice for $975.00. That check cleared our account on 09/16/2022. This was for a golf cart cover and the installation of same, on my cart located at my home. Numerous dates have been agreed upon but no one ever showed up and there was never a communication regarding change of plan. It became more difficult, as time went on, to get a response to my calls.
