    I paid with city of Tigard under $100 for my son to do play/learn baseball but it ended up being like a daycare. It was like 9 to 12 one week during the summer. Im not happy with the services.When I spoke to the representative, she said they would keep them busy, but they were barely active.I was promised something and something different was delivered. I want my full refund please.I contacted Skyhawk they partner with them *** said he was going to refund me and then he backed out when city of tigard called to chat w him. This is not good service I was promised the kids would stay active and they barely did anything.I was there and the grandma was there to watch. Thank you

    I am the Recreation Coordinator for the City of Tigard. I spoke with the customer ****** back in June/July regarding the Summer **** refund. Our refund policy clearly states that, "No refunds will be issued once camp has started." While registering for this ********************** had to sign that she read our policy and agreed to it. We also reiterated our policy to her several times during our phone calls.

    We validated her complaints about the camp and went directly to our partners and discussed the concerns and they made note for future camps. 

    Marina proceeded to sign up for additional camps from the same instructors later in the Summer.
