    I have gotten on the bus and paid using my Apple Pay on my phone, when I pay it declines the first time and will go through the second time but I get charged for the first time. I called and told them what happened and they said they would add the money to my hop card, but they said they found the hop account and there wasnt a card connected to it. I told them thats because I dont have the card to which they told me to buy the card and theyll add a 2 hour pass on it. They are unwilling to compromise another solution and are asking me to spend more money even though they should be giving me a refund. Theyre reason for the double charge is theyre system doesnt track the payment but if that were true they wouldnt have the information to charge the first charge when it declined

    Terrible service, they raised rates yet let people on without paying. Those of us who do pay are getting short end of stick, paying more money while so many get to ride for free and the employees do nothing. There is also no security, Ive seen several fights happen and bus drivers do nothing except sit there. Very unsafe.
