    On 4/14/25 I purchased groceries at the H Mart location on ************** in ********, ******. I was told that there was a problem with the payment and they had to ring up my groceries again if I wanted to take them, even though I showed them through my online banking portal that the original payment had been noted on my account. They also said they could not provide me with a receipt for the sale for some reason. They told me that if I was double charged, they would reverse one of the payments. Then they told me to come back to the store to talk with customer service if I was double charged. I returned to the store on 4/30/25 to again ask for the refund. I was told by the woman at customer service that she would make sure the 2nd charge was reversed. I gave her my name and number for follow up. She never contacted me, and the extra charge remains on my credit card. Since they did not provide me with a receipt, my bank is also hesitant to respond to my charge dispute, so I am owed $56.19 that has not been returned in the past month.
