    in the summer of 2023 i purchased a holster off of the internet from hush holsters was promised spring of 2024. in June of 2024 i saw they had totally revamped their website and had ******* videos. i contacted them they said things get lost in the cracks and prove a purchase and they would send. i received junk and told them. they sent me a shipping label. 2 weeks later i emailed if they got it. got a message that they paid me by PayPal. i do not have PayPal they own venmo who flagged and denied me as soon as i signed up. emailed them back that i have zelle and the card i purchased with. they blocked me. Basically stole my money. very bad business practice if you ask me. i just want my money refunded

    Customer initially claimed I was unable to be contacted other than ******* comments, my email and phone number are listed easily on my Contact Me page. Customer has been refunded (see processed email), has started to harass me on social media, and has in general been extremely rude. When the paypal/venmo situation occured I quickly Zelled him the refunded money, because it was not there in the 2 minutes after he told me this, he apparently filed a BBB complaint, put inflammatory messages on all my social media, as well as threatened legal action. After he received the money he thanked me. I believe this customer has a legitimate threat to my personal safety after his antics. I have dealt with other customers in a reasonable manner and refunded/compensated them accordingly.
