    Crimson trace has a battery for life program, they send you batteries for the products you have purchased and registered through them. I have been doing this for years, every year or two I submit my request for batteries. They have now changed the policy and do not honor this program, I would like to lodge a complaint and my possibly contact an attorney.

    For over three to week now, I have called and used their website to find out options for a laser that stopped working. First call, Crimson Rep asked if the batteries I installed were "Bitter batteries" Child Proof. I said yes they are, I was advised to buy more batteries without the Bitter coating. Still did not work. The Laser stopped working after on 1 or 2 clips shot through it. This is the second laser from Crimson Trace that is not used often, cared for as instructed, but they just stop. They are not damaged, or abused. I feel Crimson dates the laser in their technology to force a consumer to replace. I have not received a return call or email from them, asking what are my OPTIONS! The Crimson Trace product are Laser Grips, mounted to Kimber Micro 9 gun. I called Kimber about this, they returned a call same day. Good Client relations. But Crimson Trace, they are terrible. No communication, I'm guessing they are hoping their buyers give up. Their grips are really expensive and to stop working for no reason, is not acceptable. I would like a full refund or new set of grips sent to me. Thanks for taking my compliant!
