I purchased two "Be. Toothbrushes" via pre-order on 04/13/2019 (Order #GOOD9666). Since then, I would occasionally receive "updates" on production of the "Be. Toothbrush". However, while attempting to contact the brand via email today, I found that the email no longer exists. I then began researching this and found that it appears to have been a scam in which other customers were also promised products that they had paid for and never received. I am looking for a full refund of the money I paid for products not received. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Initial Complaint

I pre-ordered their battery-free powered toothbrush over 2 years ago for around $100. Received regular updates for some time and was promised my toothbrush would be sent when ready. Now there is no way to contact the company. Very disappointed. They should be held accountable.Initial Complaint

I pre-ordered 2 Be-Brush as well as 2 Refill packs on the 15th of September 2020. The full order was 210.80$. $151 USD paid for order #GOOD12427 on 2019-12-10, for toothbrush, 2 sets of refills and toothpaste. Shipping covered. Checked in on the order a few times and was told that they were 'close to sending'. Blog updates continued to string me along that delivery was imminent once they were in full production. On August 10,2019 I ordered 2 BE Brushes and replacement heads through the Goodwell website. Their presale price that I paid was $195USD. I had followed updates of the production of the brushes and inquired on the status on October 20,2022 and never received a response-nor the brushes. A preorder placement holds an expectation of buying an item in advance of the shipment date. Given that the shipment never arrived, a refund is requested.Initial Complaint

Places an order on 12.16.19 for a be. brush in the amount of $90. Stopped receiving product updates in 2021. I purchased a Be. Brush on 5/5/2021 and paid a total of $90.42 for a hand-powered toothbrush and carbon neutral shipping. The company was regularly providing updates on the status of the new product up until 5/26/2021 at which point they released update #** stating that they would be moving forward with the Engineering Validation and Testing (EVT) build. Since 5/26/2021 the company has not provided any additional updates, nor have they been responding to emails with the email address advertised on their website and in the order receipt ******************************** I have sent many emails in an attempt to either cancel my order or update shipping address, however I have received no response. I have attempted to reach the company at least 5 times, then today I finally got an email stating the email address ******************************* can't receive any messages. I purchased a Bebrush and additional refill pack for a total of $126 **. This was a preorder and I was kept updated about the product development until December last year. This is why I have not yet filed a claim. I have not received any further inform about my order and now when I look at the website I purchased this product from there is no sign of the ******** (electric). I can find no evidence of anyone who bought this having received it. Leading me to believe it is a scam. In February of this year I preordered the Be Brush for $100. I have emailed several times following up on my order, understanding that things happen as a small business. I finally have requested a refund after no response. They also have deleted their Instagram account and there is really no way to get in contact. They need to take some accountability. Personally, I try to support innovative small businesses as much as I can. Especially ones that are attempting to encourage less waste within consumerism. However, its companies like Goodwell Co. that deter people like myself from supporting a small business. Do better.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Goodwell.co on 27 May *************************************** production and not expected for to be received for over 12 months. My order number is GOOD13926 and I receive an email confirmation from the company and paid $198 USD. I have started to become suspicious as I saw reports on their website that they had shipped brushes, but I never received any communication about this nor the toothbrush. I sent a query through their website a few months ago, now I revisit their website and there is no longer any contact info. I emailed them back at their ******************************* email address and received an address no found warning email in response. This company has taken my money without providing the goods purchased. I did believe that this was a legitimate company as I have purchased their products in store in the past and they were selling the toothbrush on sites such as kickstarter as well.
