    I ordered a pair of x3 hearing aids for my husband. We received the cheapest/lower model version of hearing aids that they have. It took over a month to receive the hearing aids and then they were the wrong ones. I have been trying to contact the company to return the ones I have, but have not gotten a single response to any of my emails to them. I had to file a dispute with my bank that is still not resolved.

    I ordered a X3 digital hearing aid from Hear Glow on Oct. 28/2024 and received a X1 hearing aid on Dec. 12/2024. I paid $249.95 for the X3 hearing aid, but the X1 hearing aid is $99.95. I've sent numerous emails to Hear Glow about this, and have gotten no replies. The order # is HGL38260.

    The date of the transaction was 9/18/24. The amount was for $359.95. I ordered X3 Digital Hearing Aid for both ears, and what I received in the mail was X1 Hearing Aids that are $99. This is not what I ordered and not what I paid for. I have called the number that now says it is not a number, and I have emailed them more than 10 times asking for them to send me the ones that I paid for. They have not tried to resolve anything, and I dont know how to actually get in contact with anyone as the phone is not a working number and they will not respond to my emails. This is very frustrating, and they took my money which was a lot of money to me that had to be saved to purchase these.

    I receivied these hearing aids on June 2023 they have a 1 year warranty .The right aid has stopped working serial number ***************** have tried to contact Hear Glow numbers of times emails,chats and even had to pay Just Answer to chat with them and no contact can be made.They have no phone number. All I want is help replacing hearing aid

    Purchased Hear aids with 30 day money back guarantee. Hearing aids will not work for me. WAY to much background noise. Not able to hear much on the voice side . Tried for a week. Unable to get in touch, so I can return
