    On Sep 16, **** the owner of the business started working on the project, and promised at his own pace, he will finish the project before the beginning of November, now, after paid *****, he vanished for a week without a call or text back, took the money, refuse to pay back or delivery any equipment I ordered. it has been two months now, and only a quarter of the project is finished. I have to seek another contractor and filed a complaint. He called me back finally and wants to return to work with the third excuse after he told me he got robbed, bitten by a black widow, and his cousin got murdered, but I could not take it anymore because of how long it takes. Just want my money back.

    These accusations in this complaint are false. Some things are blatant out lies. The arrangements of events are not accurate The facts are this My van was stolen. My cousin was shot and murdered. I was postponed arriving to finchin job site and was told he was hiring another contractor and that I was not allowed on his property nor were any of my employees allowed on his property next it was agreed so I thought he was allowing me to come finish mini split phase of project that I was 85%done with and that he would be hiring larger company to complete the **** ton phase of project. Which was unfortunate but we understood. Each other time. Came to finish mini split phase and on check in with ***. He acted as if we had never spoken of this arrangement. At this point I felt games were being played and playing me along to some sort of advantage for him. Chronologically wise the story is much larger than what I can put in this small explanation area of this box. It may take council and further deposition to fully explain layout complete and absolute obnoxiousness of this whole unfortunate encounter with *** My position is that I am not in alignment with the Hollywood story from Mr. ******** holdings it is incorrect and not as it played out. *** also left out the holding of a rental scissor lift that he refused to allow herc rentals to claim and pick up. He caused great grief with this company and myself with this hostage takeover of the hyster. He also two present has and is holding hostage. My work materials, tools, ladders of mine and ladders of other contractors that were working with me 10 ft ladders on site at his facility and refuses to release our property he still has *** has basically stolen our ladders and material.
