    Contractor Bill from Premier Heating and Air Conditioning installed an Air conditioning unit. After the ** was Installed, the contractor then had to install a new Heater because the Air Conditioning system blew out the heating system.While installing the new heater the contactor installed a vent duct. The vent duct is positioned directly over a the garage door, and it drops a puddle of water over the entry way during the winter. This puddle freezes and creates a very hazardous walkway. I first informed **** on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022, and he said he would come out and have a look. Well, he never came, and I've made numerous attempts to contact him without response. It has been over 12 months since he has installed the Heater, but I definitely informed him of the issue prior to the 12 month window. Is there anything you can do to help?
