      Unprofessional and terrible business to work with.First call to ***** at Arctic and was able to schedule a HVAC assessment but on the day they lost the appointment. Called again and spoke with ******* who took my information and booked me for 5 days later. Day of the second appointment, again they did not show up and "lost" the appointment.When asked if they could give a consideration for cancelling twice was met with a hard and incredibly rude "negative". Instead of having a sense of urgency to reschedule a cancelled appointment, ***** states I can call you end of day and see if I can get you on the schedule in 2 days.***** and Artic have no idea how to conduct business nor provide any sense of customer **********************.
