      I bought ****** pounds of biomass form This company. A guy named *************************** sold it from under me 10 months later because he could get more money. He is a scumbag liar. never do business with this company.

      The customer failed to pick up all the material (they picked up approx. half) they purchased by the agreed upon date and left it to be stored at the seller's expense. After 10 months the customer asked for the remainder of the material, but it was no longer available. The customer was offered a refund for the material they did not receive, without any storage fees or penalties for failing to fulfill their contractual obligations, but, as of the time of this writing, has turned that offer down.

      Your a liar and your trying to save face. A week ago I told you I was selling the rest of the biomass. You said ok just let me k is when buyers are coming by. I showed you the **** pounds of crusty moldy biomass that I couldnt extract because it would contaminant the rest of the extraction. You said that **** pounds would be considered rent. I agreed we to that. You then sold my biomass out of pure greed! Its wasnt yours to sell. I purchased it all 10 months ago and paid in full. You sold it because your a scumbag *****, that wanted to make extra money. You offered to refund my money after you sold it for triple what I paid! Now your going to get sued! If you dont want to be In a lawsuit dont do business with this company!
