Worst experience if my life. ****************** should not be in any business that requires him to be in public. Between the lies and the harassment it was well worth paying him just to go away even though we lost $30K.Ibuyhaus

Thanks you review. What actually happened is you were under contract for 250k, and then two months later two hours before closing you called and requested a 50k increase in my purchase price. I then informed you that's not how real estate contracts work and that you have a legal obligation to preform on your contract. Then you decided not to return any calls and stopped all communication. You then contacted a mortgage broker friend that contacted me and evaluated the deal and looked over our contract. She then advised you that the deal was a fair and that you should honor the contract. You then decided not to take her advice and continued not to communicate. I followed through with all my obligations and then you eventually decided to honor the contract at the original price. I understand you received a sight unseen offer over the phone for 30k more and felt like you should attempt to back out of our contract illegally. I'm sorry you had a bad experience but I only followed are contract which was clearly explained to you and offered a fair market price for your property. Thank youReview fromBarb & Jack S
