Househappy has been very helpful with setting me up with contractors. I am new to town and really appreciate the assistance. They always check up on me that I am happy with contractors service and send me reminders for upcoming appointments. My recent contractor visit for small construction job...he was super nice. Bids take a while though but house happy will reach out to companies if asked.

1 starJoined house happy as a business owner. They called and stated they had ***** landscaping jobs. So I sign up for a month. It's non contract so that's good. But was highly disappointed in the web page. There was not ***** jobs available like they said. Not a happy business owner with there services. Reached out to obtain 3-4 bids. Job was completed within two days. **************** response was pretty quick. Had bids by the end of the day. Selected my choice online, and received a call from the company I chose to use that night.Househappy Home Services, Inc.

I received leads from househappy monthly until we signed up then it was like the leads dried up. We made the decision to cancel this subscription. Signing up was easy and househappy was eager to do so. Called today to cancel and, well, thisnprocess is not equally as easy. I had to leave my contact information and must wait for someone to call me back. ********* should be equally as easy as signing up. I am reporting charges as fraudulent to my bank to stop all future charges. I bel8eve househappy is a scam to contractors giving leads to those who are not subscription members then drying leads up after subscribing. I do not recommend househappyHousehappy Home Services, Inc.

Our contractors are vital to our customers receiving service, and as such, we would never jeopardize the relationship.

Received a quick response from Househappy re my recent plumbing repair request. The person who came out to make the repair was courteous and professional, and he quickly identified the problem. Househappy has handled several repairs for me over the past few years. It's a good service, with a well-trained, knowkedgeable, and courteous staff.Househappy Home Services, Inc.

To address the appointment being made without your consent: you had accepted the site visit request from the pro, utilizing the platform, the pro went ahead and scheduled based on the availability you had entered into the platform. Unfortunately, the pro made a mistake and missed the notation that you were out of town.
