Service was incredibly poor. We gave them opportunity after opportunity to fix things. They charged us for mistakes they made. They over paid an employee twice in one year by $6000. They over paid an employee's *** by around $2700 in the same year. They provided W2's and not even one was correct. It took 3 times of them correcting them to get them right. After we had left their service they charged us a termination fee even though I clearly told them I would not agree to pay it they just took it out of our account. They also pulled tax money out of our bank account, which they did not pay to the tax agencies. Then they did not notify us of this fact and held the money for 6 months. They also insisted that the year end bonus had to have a Simple *** deduction which was also incorrect so we over paid that too. One year they paid the end of year bonuses twice even after I made it completely clear in emails that I'd already sent the employees checks and just needed the tax deductions from those bonuses to be included in the payroll. I even showed them the emails and still got charged for them to fix the mistakes and employees got double bonuses. Pretty hard to ask an employee for some of their bonus back. The mistakes seemed endless and we asked for meetings several times. Each time we hired I told them months in advance to be sure they would advise me of everything they needed and inevitably they did not, causing mistakes on each new employee's first paycheck, that they then charged us for issuing a correction payroll. We were so rattled by their repetitive mistakes we left for fear that nothing was being done correctly and we would have liability associated to their mistakes with the states, the feds or our employees. Two of our employees were paid the exact same salary and they always showed a different gross pay for each, not talking about deductions, just the gross pay. We asked them to correct it multiple times, they did not.The owner also never responded.
