I do not appreciate this business strong arm tactics. I have never heard of *** before this letter. Most likely I'm not the only one these letters are going out to harass. This is a complaint so you are aware of their low tactics .

Date of description: July 15, 2023 and 7-14-23 My granddaughter and I checked in on the 7-12-23. I was reluctant to stay here, but this was the only hotel that wasn't full (and I can see why). The first day that we went to breakfast one of the workers had a horrible attitude. A lot of us was asking why everything was so empty? She told us that breakfast was over at 9am, and that everything was gone. That was a lie! I immediately went to get a manger (***********************, General Manager), and she was very apologetic and apologize for the waitress ignorants. She noted that breakfast was over at 9:30 am, not 9:00 am. Then she had fresh breakfast prepared for those that were waiting. The General Manager told me that she would take something off my bill and gave me 2 cards for a free dinner. Me and my granddaughter didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, except to sleep. The entire time we were getting flea bites on us and didn't understand why. We woke us late on 7-15-23 because I had to take some Benadryl. As we were going back to the room, we seen a dog going into a room. I went downstairs and asked what is a dog doing in this hotel? The young lady at the desk said "this is a pet friendly hotel." I told her that ********* did not let me know that. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk manager came out with a horrible smart mouth. I asked for another room, and she gave me the same room where the dog was. I opened the room door, and it smelled like a dog was still in there. I went back down and explained to the manger ******* that me and my granddaughter will not be staying in that room. ******* stated that there were no rooms left. I told her to refund me my money back and she got loud and shouted, you cannot get a refund! I told her that I am not staying in the same room where a dog was, and this hotel has fleas in it. I reported this matter to *********, and they tried to call the General Manager (***********************) five times, and was denied to talk to her per *********************** orders to her staff. This manger has no business working with the public with an attitude like this. When my granddaughter got in the pool, kids was fighting, turning flips, and using profanity. None of the kids in the pool was occupied by there parents. This is not the experience that I want my granddaughter to have to ever see again.

The courtesy **** here in portland oregon has had our car since late August 2021. we filed a complaint on this probem About August or September 2022 they got the diagnosed part but could not proghram it till December . Our new clain is about an additional problem found after the original part was working. They are now saying that the master cylinder for the mechanical brakes needs to be replaced. Now we are still waiting for the part and the repair for this second problerm. ***** ,I belive that this problem would be easy to have identified at the onset of ************** diagnosis. The car is a 2010 **** hybrid fusion. I think it is neglegent on thier part to have let the car sit for so long( my cousin puts his car on blocks just for 4 months to keep it in good condition in a gargage). therefore I am asking that any damage to the car and tires related to the years long sitting on the lot be the responsablity of courtesy **** to repair and garentee for a year - any repairs needed related to sitting on the lot in the open for that time. Just in case we get it back and it has more problems . I think this is fair. I also think that if the cost of the parts and repairs, increased during the year they have had it that we pay only what we would have paid when we first bought the car in.
