    Navisite handled the payroll and W2 statements for my wife.They erroneously gave my wife W2s for 2 states and withheld taxes from BOTH states.This error was pointed out to the Navisite Official communicating with us as we were working on taxes and were confused by the 2 state ****** the background the official said his payroll team had a policy to withhold taxes from 2 states if you lived in one state and worked in another, although he was unable to quote me any state regulation requiring that. The Navisite official and his team said the error should have been pointed out earlier and they refused to correct it and send a corrected W2 to the state where my wife should not have paid taxes. They stated my wife should have noticed that they withheld taxes from 2 states when she received her paycheck and said we should have contacted them earlier. In other words, because their company made a mistake earlier that we did not catch, and because we caught the mistake at tax time, well too late. They refused to issue a corrected W2. Outrageous. Gaslight much? Absolutely outrageous. In addition to this review I will be filing formal complaints with respective states and Boards of Labor and the *************************If you are a business considering using Navisite for payroll or other solutions, simply don't do it. In my opinion they are irresponsible, rude and refuse to correct mistakes when made. We all make mistakes. that is not a problem. refusing to correct mistakes is a problem. A big problem. Don't work with them unless you like telling your employees and customers that if a mistake is made, too bad, you'll just have to plow ahead.
