      I have been having virtual healthcare visits with ****** ***** *******, FNP who has been presenting himself through the company "DDC Health".The visits have taken place through the Spruce healthcare App.He was prescribing medications for me.On September 23rd, 2024 I requested a refill on the medication I was taking (Trimix). October 1st 2024 I paid him $225 for Trimix. On October 8th 2024 he reached out to me and stated the prescription was delayed due to the hurricane. I responded my **************** this point, I stopped hearing from him.I reached out on November 11th to confirm the prescription was on the way and received no response.On December 11th I tried to contact him again and still received no response. I continued to try to contact him via the Spruce app on December 19th and have left numerous voicemails as recent as December ******* addition to the prescription cost, DDC Health charges me $25/month provider fee which I have continued paying throughout being unable to reach him.I am currently out a total of $300 and cannot reach DDC Health through the Spruce app or by phone at *************.

       I am afraid you have made a mistake and sent the complaint to the wrong company.  We are ************************* doing business as DDC Healthcare.  A Florida registered company.  We are not DDC Health nor have we ever employed ****** D *******.  Furthermore, to be of some help I have investigated the matter and attached documents on ****** D. *******.  He is a Nurse Practitioner that seems to practice out in ******, Oregon and *******. In addition, we have no affiliation with Spruce healthcare App.
