Fax Zero appears to host bad actors on its website such that once a patron's credit card has been entered for the Fax Zero payment - the bad actors use the Fax Zero host (and credit card) information to steal money. When I complained to Fax Zero - ***** at Fax Zero blamed me. This seems to indicate a willingness by Fax Zero to continue sharing credit card information entered for a Fax Zero service with the bad actors. Discover fraud alerts are the only thing that stopped this process from stealing an even greater amount of money.Fax Zero seems to encourage this activity and it appears to me that they even shared my credit card information with "amzdiv.xyz" Requesting a refund of the $2.85 taken by ******.xyz thru the Fax Zero protocols for absolutely nothing in exchange.

We are sorry about the troubles you had. It appears that the customer was fooled by a confusing or deceptive advertisement on the FaxZero web site, something that we have little control over. I would like to clarify that FaxZero does not at ANY point have customers' credit card information. If a customer elects to pay $2.09 for the service using PayPal, we do not ever see the credit card info, so we can not share it with bad actors or anyone else.
That said, we can reimburse the $2.85 to the customer via PayPal, Venmo, or check. We just need to know where to send the money.
    Thank you
    K Savetz, Faxzero
