    I work a side gig at a big box store that gives a certain, very special group of people a discount when presenting with an ID. However, since the store hired this 3rd party, the lack of support as well as the INCREDIBLE amount of information they require of said special person, is outrageous. Has SheerID been sold? To whom? Stateside?Over seas? Don't use SheerID - PERIOD. Even to get a discount - I've told my family members NOT to enroll in the discount program b/c this 3rd party, who cannot answer any legitimate questions you may have via phone, has almost everything it needs to hack your life.

    Urgh. This is software is hard to work with. Its like Im sending thing into a HOLE. Ive submitted information 5 times now. The latest is it will take longer to verify non-English information. I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED non-English information. ?? its like another excuse to hold hold up the process.

    This company hires incompetent and illiterate staff. I've used the same type of document for years and only seldomly had to re-upload a different document. In the past 24hrs this same type of document has been denied an upwards of six times even after highlighting key areas. They don't have a phone number and since they're a third party the company in which they partner with can't do anything. How large companies still do business with them is astounding to me. My documents reflect the exact information they require. They're quick to deny a document but fail to respond to customer concerns and complaints via email.
