    I was told I would receive a refund for the deposit I placed because the company could not find me a preceptor in the specified timeframe. I am now 4 weeks behind on a refund. I have reached out countless times and have been told that its coming. The last two times I reached out this week no one has answered me.

    On January 12th, I inquired over the internet about finding an FNP preceptor for my upcoming clinical session that starts in March. I did not speak to someone just filled out a form online.Friday, January 13th spoke with *********************** regarding finding a placement. We came to a verbal agreement that by the end of the month, he would have a site secured, but if, in the meantime, I found a site of my own, I could cancel. He told me this a few times on the phone, I stated back at least once to clarify. He said, "absolutely"January 16th sent a general inquiry asking if there was anything else I needed to do at this point, sent my resume, and changed the radius of how far I was willing to drive. - No response Thursday, January 19th, sent another email asking how everything was going. - No response Friday, January 27th sent an email stating I found my own preceptor and would like a refund. No response. Also called and left a message- no response.Monday, January 30th called, left another message, and sent an email asking for a refund a second time. - Still no response. Zero communication since I put my deposit down. I found my own site; I only want my deposit back and to move on.I have my email from them with my deposit, along with phone calls in my phone and all emails in my Gmail if I need to provide them.Thank you

    On Oct 13, 2022, I made an initial payment of $ 309 to the Preceptortree for finding an NP( nurse practitioner) preceptor for 250 hours during the spring semester of 2023. As I have not heard from the company for more than a week despite text messages and emails, I told them to discontinue the service if they are responding to my messages. Then, they answered me back, stating that they had secured a preceptor for a total of 180 hrs for me and asked me to send the form from the University to them. I have not heard from them for almost three weeks. Since the deadline for the document for the preceptor to school is Dec 1, I texted and emailed both ***** and ****, but no response was heard from them ). They had informed me nothing about the preceptor for 180 hrs, and a preceptor for the remaining hours until I requested to cancel the contract. When I requested to cancel the contract, they sent me the invoice, $1821, 33, with information about the preceptor, and still looking for a preceptor for the 70 hours. My request is $300 refund and cancelation of the contract. Thanks!
