Bait-and-Switch Tactics and False Advertising This complaint is against Sticker Ninja for engaging in deceptive business practices including bait-and-switch tactics and false advertising.Misrepresentation of Services:Their website and customer service representatives falsely advertise the availability of a specialty "hybrid" sticker option that combines both "kiss-*************-to-shape" features, which proved to be inaccurate.Order Discrepancy and Unprofessional Communication:Prior to placing my order, I confirmed with their customer service via email about the feasibility of my specific design incorporating both "kiss-*************-to-shape" elements. They assured me they could do it.After investing time and resources into creating the artwork, I was informed that my desired design was impossible due to their limitations. They demanded two 1/8" "safety zones" around all cuts, shrinking my design by 1/4" in all directions and drastically altering the original style.Excessive Contact and Lack of Resolution:Since then, Sticker Ninja has been harassing me to accept their significantly altered version of my design. I receive daily calls, emails, and texts, amounting to several communications per day.Desired Resolution:Full Refund: I demand a full refund for the order, as the product they delivered did not meet the specifications I confirmed and paid for.Website Corrections: Remove the misleading claims about their "hybrid" sticker option from their website.Discontinue Harassment: I demand they immediately cease all communication with me, including phone calls, emails, and texts.Go jump in a lake: Sticker Ninja can go "find" themselves and the horse they rode in on. Sticker Ninja's deceptive practices have significantly impacted my experience and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. ***********************

      Business Response

      Date: 12/15/2023

Very confused by this. Client sent low resolution art. Our customer service gave him suggestions and made customer aware of our product guidelines. We even offered to cancel customer's order and do samples instead. Customer gave the go ahead to move forward with the proof despite the communicated limitations. Proof was then sent. A few check in emails were sent to the customer to let them know we they need to approve their proof to proceed. Customer failed to respond, so we issued a refund. It's all here in this paper trail. Not sure what we can do differently here to cater to this person. We even issued the refund as is our policy before receiving this letter.
