    On Oct 12th 2023 at approximately 6:30 pm I went into the legacy toxicology lab to submit an observed UA for ***. Upon arriving I had to enter the unity entrance I checked **** and waited for someone to call my name after about 7 mins a lady came out and called my name I followed her threw the buliding to where they do urine analysis test upon walking in the lady had me put my purse into a little cubby and go into the little room where the toilet was When I called them in the phone to see if my once I walked in there I was informed I needed to lift my s*** up to my chest put my hands up next to me and walk in a circle after that I was instructed to sit down and pee in the cup once done I pulled my pants up but was told not to flush the toilet I exited that room and went to where here computer was she asked me what *** Branch if was going toilet her know it was going to the gateway branch she looked for a second said she could not find the branch and set the cup with my urine in it off to the side on top of the plastic bag it would normally get sealed in and told me she was going to have to hold off until morning bc she could not find the branch to print off label, after waiting a few days I called into the lab to get my results and was told they had no record of me taking a UA there I thought this was a big odd and let the *** worker know what had been said approximately 2 days later my attorney had called to let me know my results where in I said grate now they will know that Im not using drugs and thats all made up stuff trying to get my kid she then told me except the fact that it came back dirty for high levels of meth I asked her oh did it what else did it come back for and I was told nothing I then let her know that is not possible bc I smoke a lot of weed so there would be high levels of THC in my system and that at the time of me getting the urinalysis done I was pregnant and to retest the pee for pregnancy bc that pee is not my pee.
