Unprofessional on every level. Breezed past deadlines, made incomplete unusable plans. Ableist. Offered to host meetings at my space due to my being in a wheelchair. Then refused and switched to phone; they bickered & talked about me as if I was not present, had connectivity issues causing glitches they mistook for pauses. Refused to meet in person to correct or clarify.Created a building for wheelchair users with a ladder and more than one story when the request was for a wheelchair accessible one story building. Fraudulently representing what they will do in the contract. I was still charged full price *without a single correction* to the tune of more than $6000. They followed that bill up with a salty message blaming me and cutting all communication ties. It's just lying and stealing. The brief did not change in any way. They drew * options *instead of* the 1 option I wanted (with existing plans provided), in a manipulative attempt to alter the project. I asked to skip renderings since builders just need measurements- they did it because they "like that part". Both adding significantly to the time and budget. They were *incapable* of having professional conversations or finishing meetings because they chose to be offended when asked why they ignored all specific points of a brief. That's not a difference of opinion or an oversight it's extremely neglectful. It took *0 mins to replace them & 2, 1 hr meetings to correctly accomplish the task they could not in a wasted discourteous 6+ meetings. Every other architect designer and contractor was floored by the repeated lack of quality and ethics demonstrated here.Accountability isn't a part of their world view, so reviews will reflect that customer experience. It would "benefit your business to be accountable for your obvious professional failings errors oversights, choosing not to do that is not justifiable." Those are the words of their competent competitors not mine. Lucky not to be sued for discrimination.
