    I went into Alpine Laundry to wash my clothes. I spent $70.00 using 6 washers to make sure that they were less than half way full. Nearly all of my clothes were still filthy and three garments had been ripped. I immediately let the worker know about it, showing him all the items. He agreed that they indeed had not gotten clean but told me there was nothing that could be done about it and I would need to call the following day to speak to someone about it. I attempted to make contact with the owner numerous times. One time I spoke with a man who told me I needed to contact the clothes manufacturer about it! I assumed I had gotten the wrong number but im not so sure. I went back in to the laundromat 4 days later and the man working refused to do anything to make things right. He stated it was a waste of time for him to contact the boss as he knew he would refuse the refund. Im Assuming they have had this issue in the past if he is so certain how the boss would respond! I paid for a service that I did not receive and had clothes ruined, im just asking for my money returned to me . Im Not asking they replace the ruined clothes just return my money so I can go somewhere else and get them clean!
