    I purchased a new product. Paid for shipping insurance. Arrived unusable. Looked into a replacement. Advised by seller to deal with *******. There was no shipping insurance placed on the product by the seller even though they billed me for it. Contacted my bank and made a claim on the charge. This company knows I didn't get what I paid for and is keeping my money anyway. All I want is my money back. I paid to protect my purchase. I deserve my money back.

    ************ at LED grow lights depot sold me a KIND LED grow light for 595$. He did not have the item in stock even though his website stated otherwise at time of purchase, as his company is a drop shipping scam website and nothing more. I contacted KIND directly to file a complaint, and **** refunded the Light; however, he only refunded 565$, and not the full amount. So, I currently have a fraud case opened with Sezzle the 3rd party pay merchant, as I believe this was done intentionally to take monies from me fraudulently. Also, I have filed a complaint with the ****** State attorney general in regards to this fraud, as well as false claims represented on their website. I want the additional 30$ owed to me refunded immediately so I may close my fraud case with Sezzle. Anything short of that and you will face a lawsuit for far more. Order # L42286.

    The customer used a 5% discount for the purchase so he only paid $565.26 for the item, so that was the amount that was refunded. The item that he purchased originally costs $595 so with a 5% discount, this comes out to exactly $565.26. Therefore, we have refunded the customer, in full, for this item.
