    I applied for a ***** dollar loan. Highland financial told me I had to either have a co-signer or give a collateral payment of 560 dollars, they cover the last 15 cause I didnt have it they said that was okay. Highlands manager ***** said that after processing my application they needed another set of collateral at 575, I didnt have the money so they offered to refund my 560. They told me it would be given back to me on the 31st of march. I called that day when I didnt get it, they said it would be mailed that day and that they could switch it to direct deposit and I would get it in 2-3 hours that was at 10:30am. It is now April 9th and I still have not received my refund or been given a call back to discuss the situation. I called a couple time on the 3rd, then over 10 times the morning of the 6th and called everyday that week, didnt get one call back. I got one answer by ***** and she put me on hold and never came back. All I wish for is my refund they told me was not a problem to do. Ive never been told in anyways that I cant get it back.

    On Wednesday March 1st I received a phone from a lady named ***** who said she worked for Highland Financial Group and offered me a **** loan which I could secure with a cosigner or 3 months worth o g payments upfront. I sent them ****** only to be told because I had attempted to file for so many loans online I would then have to send another ****** to get the loan of ****. I spoke with an attorney and was told that a real reputable loan company never ask for money upfront. I want my ****** returned to me.

    Highland Financial Group located at ************************************************************ called and emailed me advising me I was approved for a loan. To finalize loan I either had to pay 3 months payments up front prior to funding and/or get a cosigner. I emailed and called back multiple times asking for their suite number of the building they are conducting business out of (*******************************.) as well I had requested their business license number established with the ****** Secretary of State. I researched the business in the ****** SOS website and cannot find a license for this business. I called several times requesting proof of legitimate business license and physical location of the business office. Nobody will answer phone now, they will not return email requests and have failed to demonstrate the validity of their business. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!
