    On June 8, you repaired my brakes and rotors of the rear wheels. However, I was continuously getting the squealing sound. I called the location on several occasions, and also went by in August to see why the noise was continuing. At that time, I was told to change the brakes off the front wheels, this was on 8/18/23, which I did. The noise continued. I called back again and was told to bring the car back in. The end of August, I take my car in, and ***** could not give me an answer to why the squealing sound continues. On September 21, I go in around 615 to check my rear tire. I was told that theres not much they can do at that time because they were about to close and I need to come back the following day at that time, I also told the associate that my brakes are continuing to squeal. She stated that most of the times the employees dont lubricate them And advise me to come back the following morning and they will take a look at them. The following morning, on September 22, I go back at 8 AM in the morning and I was told that most of the employees called in sick and there an able to do any work and I need to go to **** store which is in a ******* a few miles away. I go to this location and speak with **** and tell him that I was sent over from the ******** location and I need to get my brakes and my rear tire looked at. He had one of your associates work on my car, and nothing was done. I asked him about the noise, and he couldnt give me a definite answer and said that he dusted the rotors and regarding the tire, he said hes unable to get the wheel off because its too tight, and it broke two of his tools. He suggested I go back to the location that sent me over in the first place. A complete waste of my time in the morning and nothing. Ive been done at both of your locations. I take my car to discount tire and they change my tire, and did everything very smoothly, no problem. Ive been told by several people never to take my car to Jiffy Lube, and this will be the case, you will never earn my business again. Id like a refund for the work done on 6/8 and 8/18. This place will not be doing any work on my car since they cant and wont ox it in the first place.
