    They did work on my car that they did not notify me about or get my consent for and they ended up ruining my vehicle. They gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, which included oil change, transmission, flush, brakes, bearings. There has been dishonestly on their part. I also have had other mechanics look at my vehicle and they are willing to write statements. I have been out of a vehicle since the end of October. This has deeply impacted my ability to get to work or even take my kids to school or doctors appointments, etc.I have contacted the franchise, tried speaking to the franchise owner/his representative. They are now ignoring Our attempts of contact. I feel that they should pay to get my car completely fixed since they are the ones who damaged it. I recorded phone conversations with the store manager as well as the representative for the franchise owner. And I also have the case number from calling Jiffy Lube And starting a claim with them. I just spoke to the Jiffy Lube headquarters again, and it has been escalated because of what these individuals are doing or rather not doing.

    I went to have my oil change and was told I needed an engine flush. I left spending 415 and my truck was nonstop smoking. I tried talking to the manager and he was 100% rude. He told me it was lack of maintenance, I asked him if I could have his last name. He asked me why so I could come to his house and kill him and his children. Very unprofessional and rude. I recorded our conversation.

    **** from jiffy lube came through in the end. Him and a co-worker came to my house this morning hooked up there code reader and diagnosed the issue with my truck. This could have been done right the first time. So my advice to **** is keep calm use your experience and tool you have to get the job done.
