    June 27, 2023. I went to Postal Place (***** ***************, ********, ** *****) to ship 3 small packages. ******, the only person working, was fingerprinting a young teen girl at the time. I waited patiently and when he was finished, he immediately started fingerprinting another young teen girl even though she had stated that her appointment wasnt for another hour. At that time, I mentioned that I had been waiting and that I only needed to drop off a few prepaid packages to be shipped. ****** told me that he did not have time to give me a receipt and to leave my packages on the counter for him. I did so, gave myself a text with the date, time, and ****** name. Today, June 29th, I returned because only 2 of my 3 packages were shown as received by ***** 1 of them is missing. ****** assured me that he had received and shipped all 3 packages, and referred me to ***** although giving no evidence that the packages were even scanned as received by him. I subsequently spent 3 hours talking to representatives from **** and they all say they never got the missing package and referred me back to Postal Place. ****** refuses to take any other steps such as reviewing the security camera to ensure that the package was not stolen (which, again, he assures me it was not). This package is the only one that had **** tape on it, which leads me to believe it may have been targeted. It is worth $100 and I cannot make an insurance claim because the package was never received by ****. This man is either a thief or is intensely negligent with packages in his custody (which, again, he admits he had all 3 in his custody).
