      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against RO Parcel Services regarding a shipment we sent to ******* on June 19, 2024. Typically, shipments with this company take approximately 2 to 3 months; however, we are now in February 2025, and several significant items from our shipment have yet to arrive.Our items reached ******* in multiple shipments, but the last communication I had with the owner of RO Parcel Services was on November 18, 2024. During that conversation, I was assured that our remaining items would arrive by the end of November. Unfortunately, this deadline has long passed without any further communication or updates.Since November 18th, I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner, including calls and messages, but he has not responded. This ongoing lack of professionalism and communication is concerning, especially as we approach eight months since our shipment was sent.I am seeking a resolution to this matter. Specifically, I request regular updates regarding the status of my remaining items and confirmation that they have not been lost. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to resolve this issue promptly and appreciate any assistance the Better Business Bureau can provide.Sincerely,**** *******
