    Big City Appliance Company charged me $318.80 for repairing my clothes dryer. I was unable to dry a single load of clothes because my dryer quit working again. Ive called for a refund I paid for the repair but Big City Appliance has NOT responded @ all.

    Good morning

    ***** has reached out to our company several times. This may be the second complaint she's sent in to the BBB. She is complaining about a company called Big City Appliance. We are Appliance City. I've let her know several times when she has called our office that we are not the company she is looking for. I even googled Big City Appliance for her and gave her a number to call. The check she wrote is written to Big City Appliance and we have no records of ever going to her house. I responded to one of these emails the other day. I'm not sure if this is a separate complaint that she has sent in. We are a family business of 60 years with 4.7 stars on ****** and word of mouth is very important to us so we are hoping to get this resolved and taken off the BBB.
