      Business is charging $4 surcharges for cards and $1 surcharges for cash. There is no way to pay without paying a surcharge.

      I had a complaint I raised with the manager *******, and she went into the system and gave my number to a man to then text and harass me. This is a violation of my privacy, and should be a violation of policy. I am seeking corrective action.

      In August of 2021 I purchased a product which had been previously used/ underfilled at the manufacturer. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she threatened to have me trespassed off the property. I spent $40 and received no product. On 9/9/2022 I decided to give the shop another shot at earning my business, was greeted and served with a smile by the employee who's name escapes me and left a happy customer having spent $30. Arriving home I found the product I was sold to be non-functioning and returned to the shop for an exchange within three hours. I was told that returns and exchanges could only be done by the manager, the same manager as from August '21, and she was not available until "later". I left the receipt, defunct product, and my business card with instructions for the manager to resolve the issue how she saw fit and call me when I can come back because I have, to date, made four trips in my POV and not completed two transactions because of the outright failings of the manager.By my count, she has now received $70 from me and provided no product or service. There is no resolution through any corporate structure I can find and the amount does not meet the requirement for criminal penalties by my understanding.
